Weddings

We offer a one-stop event and wedding experience, catering from intimate functions to 150 people for large celebrations.

The packages include:

Inclusive Rates

Full house inclusive rates are R550.00 per person per night sharing.

Exclusive Rates

Enquire for Rates.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation, the following cancellation fees shall apply on the full booking:

30 days prior to arrival: 25% cancellation fee
14 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee
7 days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee.

Deposit and Payment:

• A “save the date” deposit of R2000.00 is payable within one week after the venue has been booked. (This deposit will be refunded after all damage due to theft, breakage and linen damage has been deducted.)

Children:

• Children 12 years and younger for whom a table setting is done pay 2/3 of the price.

Hoedspruit Weddings Legal Issues:

• Francine’s Farmhouse & Venue is used at own risk;
• The staff at Francine’s Farmhouse & Venue take no responsibility for the loss of any personal belongings or for any injuries;
• Right of admission is reserved;
• Francine’s Farmhouse & Venue has a NO SMOKING policy. There are outside areas for smokers.

General:
