We offer a one-stop event and wedding experience, catering from intimate functions to 150 people for large celebrations.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, the following cancellation fees shall apply on the full booking:
30 days prior to arrival: 25% cancellation fee
14 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee
7 days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee.
Deposit and Payment:
- A R5000.00 NON REFUNDABLE date saving deposit is payable within one week after the venue has been booked.
- No breakage deposit will be charged – any breakage, theft or damage to linen or property, will be invoiced accordingly the week after the wedding, once all rooms have been serviced.
- The total invoice will be divided into 3 payments. The last and final payment is to be paid in full 30 days before the wedding date.
Children:
- Children 12 years and younger for whom a table setting is done pay 2/3 of the price.
Hoedspruit Weddings Legal Issues:
- Francine’s Farmhouse & Venue is used at own risk;
- The staff at Francine’s Farmhouse & Venue take no responsibility for the loss of any personal belongings or for any injuries;
- Right of admission is reserved;
- Francine’s Farmhouse & Venue has a NO SMOKING policy. There are outside areas for smokers.
General:
- We invite you to pay us a visit and have a look at the venue.
- A meeting will be set up for preliminary discussions as soon as an appointment has been made.
